Heinen Designs content – including digital files, graphics, written copy, images – is protected by copyright laws and cannot be duplicated or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.

24-Hour Download Window

After purchase, all files will be available for download during a 24-hour window only. After 24 hours, you will no longer have access to the download link. Replacement files will not be provided.

SVG Cut Files

All purchasable SVG cut files offered on heinendesigns.com are for personal use and commercial use for your SMALL business only (SMALL means 10 or less employees). You may use the files as often as you’d like to create items for your friends, family and customers. You may NOT use these files for mass production of items, distribute this product for a cost or for free, and/or claim this design as your own artwork. Heinen Designs maintains the rights to these files and you may not claim them as your own.

Digital designs may not be sold as ‘clip art’ or any other digital product, regardless of modifications made. This commercial license extends only to physical products, such as clothing or vinyl decals. No flatlays or display images are included with your purchase, so please do not take these from this listing for your own use.

The basic commercial license does not allow for the sale of sublimation transfers.

Refunds / Exchanges

Purchased digital files will be available for download after purchase. Because of the digital nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. No physical items will be shipped.
